Hello Saturday.

Made it through another week — and that’s cause for celebration LOL!

My weeks can get pretty hectic. As a single mom, working from home full time, homeschooling, and managing the schedules of my two children (one of whom is autistic) there’s a lot to balance. But, God’s grace! There’s no way I could do this without His grace and strength! I’m also very grateful that God has made it so that my sister and I are living together which is a HUGE help and blessing!

This past week, though full, was actually pretty good. The girls therapies — speech, OT, and feeding — went well. My little one had a pause in her therapies for a few weeks so it was nice to get her back into the routine. My oldest enjoyed her fitness and karate classes. Work wasn’t too crazy busy, which gave me time to go through some more resumes as I search for a new person to add to my team. I also started a small group class that helps parents manage behaviors related to autism. It’s a really cool resource to have as part of my autism support system. Overall, a great week.

Now that it’s the weekend, I’d like to slow things down a bit. No big plans — just shifting focus toward planning curriculum for our upcoming homeschool year, doing some creative work, and taking some time for self-care. I have been rocking puffs lately, so I’d like to give my hair some much-needed TLC and a nice style.

As hectic as the weeks can get, it’s a nice reminder to remember that life’s full, but God’s grace is fuller.

Well, I better get to it. Happy Saturday!

💛 Crystal J
